Now just imagine that the person you spoke and who’d impressed you over the phone had a different voice when they arrived on their first day of work, would you be concerned?
It is a known fact that job seekers have been known to fudge their accomplishments.
So, given that we live In these desperate and uncertain times would job seekers embellish their credential even more? Would it be easier for them to hide their capability and credibility behind the veil of being virtual?
